Are you just a beginner? Or just rusty? The Tennis Xpress is the course for you. It’s a fun and easy way to get into the game. During the six week course you will be taught new skills including how to serve, rally and score.
Done Tennis Xpress? Or used to play and would like to get back in? Additional drills and social match play. Focus on technique and tactics for singles and doubles. We’ll get you playing more confidently in no time.
Looking to reach to even higher level? This course is for advanced level players and designed to help them reach their highest potential on the court.
LADIES DROP IN SESSION
Monday morning, all year around except for school holidays, ladies drop in sessions are designed for intermediate to advanced players. Sessions include improver drills and social match play. Grow more confident in playing tennis.
A great way to get fit, Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable fitness class open to people of all ages and abilities. You’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls while getting a great cardio workout.
Weekly sessions are starting on the 22nd of April.

We run Club Sessions where members come together to play social doubles – it’s a great way to meet other members, play some tennis, practice match play and generally enjoy life at the club.
CLUB SESSIONS TIMES
- 10am until 1pm on Wednesday morning
- 7pm until 9pm on Wednesday evening (sign up only basis with 12 spaces per session, booking opens weekly)*
- 10am until 1pm on Friday morning
*Evening sessions have a £2 per a session fee for floodlights & balls
